check out my junck yard van lots o miles butt still smoked a hemi Dodge fullsize not that hard really i run superchip air hog throtle body flame thrower coil ngk plugs 98 gmc rear spool low gears 4l6o e and 235/75 15 on the rear and a aftermarket valvebody for jerkin second gear screwn with people stopsign to stop thanks for any info thanks for the video
gotta take the whole motor out to replace the alternator and spark plugs, but it's cool. LMAO. There's barely enough space to work on the damn 4.3L V6...
@i811st Actually it's easier to work on than with the 4.3 because the fan shrowding and air intake crap isn't in the way. Alternator is very easy to get to, especially since I have replaced the F body brackets with some TBSS brackets. Spark plugs are a pain to relace, but no worse than on the 4.3.
Answer is my 4.3 blew a head gasket. I fixed it and then 3 trannies went out in a total of 300 miles. I do alot of genIII work, so I had enough crap laying around to put this together for cheep. this is my work van for my computer networking install biz & is a great chassis with shelves in the back and a $500 ladder rack on top, so I just needed something to get me to the job sites. plus, I have tow dollies. all my friends know this, so when their cars break or I buy a new roller, I gotta tow.
