His an amazing magician, but both of them tricks are easy. The first one with the finger is not actually bending inwards, but sideways, its just the angle and placement of the other hand. The lift trick anyone can do, you simply hold underneath the other persons elbows tightly, they don't feel it but it restricts there lifting power.

it isnt difficult and can be done by anyone!!!!!!!!! my dad taught me this, is getting the exact Technique. Grab someone you know and ask them to lift you, the trick is to let your body hand lose as if you want to fall to the ground, but not making it noticable, practise!
