It's an interesting looking truck to be sure, but like the International CXT, i'm not exactly sure what the point of it is. It's too tall to tow a trailer. It's too big and heavy to be good off road, and if you need to haul 6 people or more, there are vans that are way more practical.

This leads me to believe that the F650 is just a toy. Something you customize the hell out of and cruise down the strip in.

i own an ford f650 six door dually, ford f150 and a dodge ram 3500. my friend has a ford f350 and i tow my trailer with the dodge it feels kind of struggling but damn with my friends f350 i didnt even notice it was there i actually forgot that we were towing the big ass trailer. hands down towing goes to ford as well as being long and big.

Agreed. My previous job was doing maintenance at a welding shop. They had a fleet of F350's and something was ALWAYS wrong with one of them. Be it little things like a burned out headlight or a door buzzer that won't stop, to major things like suddenly losing half the brakes or alternator failure. Age and mileage of the truck didn't seem to matter all that much either. They all broke down at about the same rate.

GM makes a nice truck, and those Allison Transmissions are nothing to scoff at and Dodge has Cummings power under the hood, but you drop that Cummings power with an Allison transmission in a Ford their is no contest.
