Another thing I've noticed about him is that most people tend to build what is effectively empty HP, making Madred's an item that can chew through him. Apply that with a slow from red, Frozen Mallet, Exhaust, or another summoner spell, and Voli tends to waste his passive before he can actually do anything.

op hero with skill from all other heroes. the con part of this video is full of shit. take a closer look. 1. fight at bot lane vs urgot. Volibear level 3 urgot level 6 + fizz level 5 (with passive 50% reduc) 2. mid lane team fight didn't even use summoner heal, bad timing 3. top lane bot bush ryze, same as 2, didn't even use summoner heal 4. top lane vs poppy out of position big time, with no mana 5. bot lane by golems, 2v3 tanked the dps and ran pretty far without using summoner heal

He has decent utility with a fling and tiny AoE slow. The thing that really shines about him is his non-ult execute that can do 500 damage at level 5. He's not imba. Fizz is imba
