They do use autotune\vocoder in The Catalyst, it's the only song where it's used, besides interludes.

Listen to its performance from the Red Square, it's clearly heard there.

@xSuLFaTEx look through my messages, I'm just saying that they use some sort of vocoder\autotune(slash because I don't truly know the difference) in "The Catalyst", that's clearly heard on almost every live performance. It's used all the way through the song before "lift me up, let me go" part comes in.

And as of performance of NRL, I just wanted to say that it's not professional. He didn't hit the notes right, he didn't even breathe right for singing, his voice even shivers..

Plus this song isn't even on any of their albums so they don't play it that much. And Mike CAN obviously sing live any song live or else he wouldn't sing parts from iridescent, blackout, burning in the skies, the catalyst, and so on.

@alldaybasketball he isn't singing in tune, that's the main thing. This is just horrible for professional artist to do things that way. He doesn't even try to sing that high. If you want to perform song for the first time you should prepare it well so it will be sound good.

Almost everyone can sing The Catalyst live because during this song they use autotune. Iridiscent and BITS have such an easy parts so it should be sang in right way, otherwise you better not try singing again.
