um wasn't JFK (the president) assasinated :S and it was most likely not a ghost. if you look there is another room if someone walked past the door it would cast a shaddow exactly like that...aswell as if someone walks past the window on the far end of that end room.....its highly likely to not be a ghost that house is fulla news crews and crap. so its likely to be someones shadow...until there is further footage without a resonable explanation. always use reason before superstition
