Someone please get this lady to a voice coach who can teach her how to manipulate her voice and get the most from the various PA systems she may find herself trying to share her story over. I have viewed several videos of her sharing her story and the intelligibility of her voice is not good in most.

This is not a put down of her but a constructive criticism that hopefully will help her to better share her important and heart-wrenching story with those who need to hear it.
