@avielp is that even considered a sweep? isnt it like a joe satriani lick where you mute the strings and sweep up ..no? look at crowd chant by satriani i think thats how you get it.

@avielp YEs it's a rake, done by "sweeping" natorual harmonic son the 7th fret. So just lightly touch the strings while sweeping starting from the high e string.

Realy emotional music is the blues, Jazz, Folk, and good old rock and role. Metal can have emotion too, so can punk and hardcore. But simple metal shreds like this do not impress me. Listin to "soul sacrifice" Live at woodstock, and then tellme if you understand what I mean.
