i went there 14 years ago what a beautiful country!!the bridges look in better shape on the Annapurna trek.Love the footage of the man carrying the wood!that used to spur me on seeing them carrying so much in bare feet.and me with my nice boots and rucksack puffing and panting up the hills.how they must laugh at us lilly trekers. great people and country..x

The man is not carrying wood. He's carrying heavy metal pipes....it is just unbelievable...to carry that from 600 meter to ??? 5000 meters??

that is adaptation, we are hunged up with computers they r with the available resources, Its just life why to prejudge?

I walked there 20 years ago and still keep fantastic memories, glad to see it is not too much different, but how could you charge the camera: is electricity available?

Yes, Electricity is avaiable. What a same...soon China will pave a road to katmandu and The annapurna region will never be the same
