The Swastika was worn by many 70s Punks. It was not done for any particular political reasons. It was a shocking piece of clothing....remember this was just 30 years after the end of World War 2. Vicious seems to catch most flak for it however Rotten often wore the Swastika on his White cheesecloth shirt which was also emblazoned with an image of the crucifix upside down! Souxie Soux of the Banshees also occasionally wore a swastika armband. Hope this clears up some of the queries.
