GSP did a superman, Cain is really heavy compared to the other guys hence that much power, Rampage did a right hand haymaker, and Shogun just did a standard right hook. @enzaim If you look at gsp's punches and kicks he either winds up or puts his full body into it. Velasquez vs rampage wise velasquez is a bigger and stronger dude so he hits harder but if you look at rampage he put a lot of body force into it while shogun probably did it with mainly his arms. if he wound up like gap and put his body into it, his punch would easily hit that. Gsps kicks too are not stronger than shoguns . Shogun did 2700 + with a regular muay thai kick, gsp stepped into it.

@JohnAntonyFortune me and my friend have been in boxing for 2 years now and all we learned was footwork, the way to work a jabs, head movement and hooks, used a jump rope for cardio and regular workouts like pushups and weight training. MMA does all that adding ground game, wrestling, clinch & stand up. its pretty obvious that trying to learn 5 styles at once is harder then learning 1 style. lol. why believe a guy over youtube when an Olympic pro boxer has tried both sports n says otherwise?

I think GSP haters fail to understand that Georges chooses not to finish fights. He has the ability to do so but chooses to fight safe and as a result a finish is rare.
I don't think this test is rigged, or would they rig it on purpose. That's completely lame. Also don't forget. Koscheck said in his interview the first jab that Georges threw at him broke his face/orbital bone, THE VERY FIRST JAB. I think that says something.
Don't apply GSP's lack of finishes to this video. It's irrelevant.

What sports science fails to recognize is the fact that what you generate doesnt equal damage. there is no way gsp does as much damage as junior dos santos or valasquez. when they bring fighters on and say "its like getting hit by a car when this guy kicks or punches, or it equates to this or that, it doesnt." if you hit someone with a bat on the head with 1000 pounds of force it will do way ,more damage than a GSP punch of 2300 pounds of force.
