I think this is great! Don't add any sound to it. People's brains are just to use to the sound, leave it like that. If you add sound to the swords but not to the movie itself (Voice, breaking, etc) then they will complaint about that, is a little gem just the way it is.
True, but I was keeping to the tradition of the film in that there were no sound effects on silent films. I could add them and post another copy with them on maybe at a later date.
Ouch, this must have taken a long time to do, especially with the odd framerate.
No, you were right to do it without any sound, don't change that. The only thing I can suggest would be to add burn trails where the sabers touch things (i.e. against the wall, etc).
Thanks, yes, it took a long time but was worth it in end...would love to go back and put some 'sabre clashes' in but I would loose the hit count! Oh, seeing you are a Muse fan (looked at your profile) ,view my montage clip of Wembley Stadium (London).
Well done, and a very clever idea! The concept adds humour and interest to this clip. The music is great - adding some subtle laser sword SFX might be good too. The video needs a bit of brightness and contrast adjusting as uploading to YouTube always darkens the original somewhat. All in all though, I really like this!
This is excellent! I was hoping someone would have done this with an old zorro film!

That is pretty cool how he is now a jedi. Can you do that with any kind of sword?
