Great video of a great quarry. And nope, the caves and lakes are still there but pretty dodgy to get into... so don't! A few episodes of Doctor Who were filmed there too, including "The Fires of Pompeii".

You were lucky to get such a clear day, you cant always see across the channel like that. For some seriously cool views you should check the caves and lakes under the caves though they probably been filled in by now.
