  • I really enjoyed listening to the stories in this video =]

I think Delilah isu usable, it's became very well known and easily accepted in recent years. I also really like Elizabeth, Tabitha and Sapphire from this video!

  • My sisters cat's name was Jezebel..we just called her kitty haha

  • I disagree with Delilah not being usable. By now, the name is associated with the song Hey There Delilah along with the fabulous nightime radio host. It's a beautiful name and I would definitely use it. But hey, to everyone their own.

  • How many wives did David have?!

  • I am so excited you did the collab video with everythingbabynames---I love your channel. That girl character is sooo stinkin' cute! I love your videos---I'm going thru and watching them all.

  • I love Sapphira. I would probably use it regardless of the association.

On the other hand when I heard Rahab I thought rehab.... Definitely a turn off.

I feel like in the Bible the sinister women had much prettier names.

  • @bionicbeast57 Yes, I agree with you that most of the beautiful biblical feminine names were on horrible people. But I still could never bring myself to use them. It is a shame!

  • Michal is actually pronounced (Mee-chul) but the ch doesn't make a "ch" sound it makes a hard sound..like you have popcorn in your throat. (:

  • Okay... I am officially going with Zipporah! That name is growing on me very quickly. I love this video thank you.

  • @thoughts0Fjenarie Oh, great! Thanks so much!

  • Yay! U guys are fab. Jezebel was thrown out a window and eaten by dogs at her death!! Vashti was actually dethroned because her husband wanted to show her off to everyone and she didn't want to, and it made her mad. U know I loooove Ruth <3 There was a Shifra on What Not To Wear once I was so excited when I saw her name!! Yayyy I love Tzipporah too :)) Bathsheba actually didn't seduce him, he just happened to see her bathing naked and wanted her. Priscilla definitely needs to be used more!!

  • Ruth (and Naomi), Delilah nn Lilah, Abigail nn Abby, and Salome are my favorites

  • @shanadebaby Hey, thanks for stopping by and watching so many of my videos! :)

  • I hate Salome- I cant get over how much it sounds like salami, the lunch meat! haha

  • Really interesting concept for a video you guys! I enjoyed it :) I love Esther, Ruth, Delilah (even with the bad association), Zipporah, Abigail, Elizabeth, Sapphira (even with the association) & Tabitha. I liked hearing the stories behind these names.

  • @KJthefarmerswife Thanks, Krystal! You rogue bad-girl-name lover! :P

  • Great video!

  • @MrsJasonT Thank you :)

  • Sorry! I forgot to put Salome in my title! I love how you put this together. I think it turned out so well. Thanks for doing this :D

  • @everythingbabynames Thank you, Amelia! It was great fun to do with you!

  • Well done!

  • @tdab82 Thanks!!!
