Good latency is around 200-250. 350 was too high. Still surprisingly little lag with even 250 ms. I haven't seen the WD skill, you can check the skill calculator on the blizzard d3 community website, and put in the runes for the zombie dog skill and check. It's definitely not capable of being done normally, you must need runes, or unless locust swarm combines with it.
wait I'm sorry but a reasonable latency is about 350 for you??? I hope its better than this at release.
Also with witch doctors, I remember in the 2008 first video that the WD could 'breathe' a poison onto his zombie dogs to do additional damage. I havn't seen this anywhere in the skill calculator is this still able to be done? or just through runes.
you checked 2 out of 3 vendors, and actually bought stuff, and keep all the crap, it's not worth much probably some 300 gold but since you had 150 you could hardly call yourself rich, instead of selling you kept it. Then you dropped in the ground. Why pick up whites, talking to vendor and not selling, then waste time to drop?

Yeah a 560-ti would EASILY max out. Sometimes there is unavoidable lag when you first enter game as it has to load all the assets, but this stops after your first game. My card was $100 when I bought it, a LONG time ago and it's almost good enough. So yeah anything 150 and above today should run it really well
@cacademono6543 I have the same card. We're going to be just fine running this game. I'd be more concerned with your CPU, and if it will bottleneck during large combat situations. I imagine anything quad core and over will do.
If you want to play the beta go to d2jsp the Diablo 3 general discussion forum
You can rent the beta using Forum gold, which was a D2 currency for the website. That is how I have access (I rented until release for 3k).
It costs around 20fg per hour or 500-1000 fg for a weekly rent, look for cheap prices. You can purchase FG from the website, $30 for 855fg (it's a bit expensive, I got mine from trading d2 items though). For $10 you can get 260 fg which should get you 24 hours of beta time, GL!
I am really glad to see video of D3 running on GF 9600GT (because i am not planning to upgrade my graphic card right now :) ). My question is: Do you had (or having) some serious (~10-20fps) framerate issues while playing this beta?
Nice gameplay friend and thanks for your answer.
PS: i think the clock feature is really nice, it reminds me of the clock feature from Titan Quest (which is very handy sometimes)
@cmelda13 frame rate is 20-30 with fraps running and 50 fps without. So it runs fine without just laggy in battles or major action. The actual delay or latency is really good for combat in Australia where we are used to 200ms ping, certainly doesn't feel like it (instant actions mostly in game).
XFX 9600GT graphics card q6600 cpu at 2.4 4gb 1333mhz ram.
Basically a mid to low end system, thats how such a system will play the game. It's better when I'm not recording, but it's playable but I need an upgrade.
Of course I knew it boosts the wiz dps, I was playing a Wizard and I tested the diffference with an intel want vs the 16.1 DPS poison sword. Not sure why I didn't mention it properly
Ok, since u wanna know. Im gonna start with a barb and play normal diff in my own closed lore listening game and take it all in. then Im gonna cry when its over.. damn Im looking forward to diablo 4 allready =/
@zegodlord atleast to sell stuff. Dont really fancy buying loot. Finding my loot is pretty much the soul purpose i (re)play diablo games after I complete the "normal-lore-listening-game" =) how about you btw ?
are you using a SSD or HDD? what is your PC spec?

I like the changes but these could have been implemented after release too.
