Queen gambit punishment

I don't know why white player did some beginner stupid moves.

Birds opening and then irregular after that. Certainly not Queens Gambit, it looked like a beginner game to me.

White could have swapped off queens after he won the b pawn and then he's only a pawn down, it looks pretty even. There's certainly no need to let black's queen in and blunder away a whole rook.

It was not too interesting up to that blunder but really pointless showing any more after that.

The gambit pawn is never offered, there- fore it's not the Qgambit, unless blacks playing the Qgambit not possible, but I will give this a 1star because it's practically useless for application dealing with the gambit.
