just get an elite necro tome (unlock first spiteful spirit) and than you can get it (the same whit insidious parasite: just get a necro tome

If you're looking for good places to farm, I'd suggest Mountain Trolls in Droknar's Forge, the Underworld, Fissure of Woe, Raptor Nestlings in Rata Sum, as well as Minotaurs in Elona's reach, Undead in Bergen Hotsprings, and finally, Hydras (can't remember where exactly they are anymore)
