@BogdanBean Grazie!! :D Guarda, non è poi così difficile, ti sembrerà impossibile, ma il backflip è molto più facile del frontflip!!! Il consiglio che posso darti è di imparare prima il flic (back handspring), prova a guardarti dei tutorial su youtube! Per il backflip comunque devi usare le gambe tipo molla in modo da raggiungere una buona elevazione, poi ti afferri letteralmente le gambe per acquisire maggiore velocità di rotazione ed in teoria è fatta! :D

@teoapple at tricking you are the best i have seen but not so good at parkour the point is to get from one place to another and at 4:23 you show me that you cant do wall climb and that is one of the easiest moves practice parkour more and you will be great Traucer
