@sirchristian12 I suggest you do all of the above. Also if your school or college has shows be sure to try out for those as well. A lot of communities out here have local theaters putting on plays throughout the year -these are good starting grounds for just starting out. Do you have a camcorder? Try recording yourself on video doing monologues and putting them on youtube. This will help you out immensely when picking out a good monologue and performing it in front of other people. Any other
