They mostly wanted mandenka, mande and Fulani from the coast. They took Tuareg women and children as well. No one has really sat down to research this aspect of the trade because the coastal tribes were the most targeted. And therefore it is assumed that ALL African Americans are from the coast but not so.

Hamitic discussions are only relevant to ancient writers understanding of racial types. Helps to understand what people must have looked like in ancient time. So when the Garamantes are described as Ethiopian or Cushites we know the racial connotation that can be corelated to modern populations. It is been taught that Tauregs were originally White. Yet evidence back 10K years suggest a continuity in craniometrics which supports that they have appeared as they now since pre-history.

That's a tough one... though you're correct in theory, you must consider minute factors like "genetic drift": For example British people possibly, "and i say almost certainly " look a bit different today than what they did in 1809. Look at old photo's of 150 yrs, compared to 2009! Look at "new World" Afro-dispora people compared to continental Africans, you can 50% guess who's who with the latter. When I speak of Ethiopians I speak of the pure East African ethnic group called Oromos.

The "Ethiopians" did not exist , before the creation of the Ethiopia state , "Ethiopius" means "Black" in greek that's all , The Hebrews called "Chushites" all people from Southern Egypt ..the CHamites were Berbers and Egyptians and the Shemites were Semites people (Arabs , Assyrians etc..)

Major language of Ethiopia is Semitic? This shows what you don't understand. The Oromos are by far the largest ethnic group in Ethiopia but they are not the ruling class. The Amhara are the ruling class and they are a mix of Semite and Cushite and speak a Semitic language.

I didnt know that "E1b1b" was an Ethipian gene , actually the E1b1b from Algeria or Morocco is different from the E1b1b from Ethiopia and Somalia it's not the same sub-group...and E1b1b is not only found among Berbers but also Jews , Arabs , Greeks , Italian , Iberians , or even Saami from Sweden!
The Yemen is the part of the word who has got the biggest % of J Dna (mostly 80% in Yemen), which is a dominate % in the Arab countries of Middle east and bedouins Arabs (60%)

Haplogroup E is East African derived and less than 20K.
Don't live in denial. It is an Ethiopian marker and why it was designated E.
J DNA is Jewish/Arabic.
Its not complicated. The people with haplogroup E have an East African ancestor. It doesn't mean they are Black but it does mean that 10K years ago they had a Black patriarch.
By the way, most African Americans are part of the E haplogroup as well. You nicely avoided that fact.
Its a grouping of people from the same origin.

E1b1a is part of the the E cline. It is a family that is closely related. The difference is not so much on the Y-dna side but on the mtDNA side.
The point is that these Hamitic people all originate from a common ancestor and it is Haplogroup E.
These people are not as different as you want to believe. They are in fact all closely related but have moved into different climates and have adapted to different diets.
Caucsoid, Sub-Saharan, Negroid. Lies.

Classical writers from Greece and Rome described the Garamantes as Ethiopians.
Ethiopian means Black in the classical use. These people looked like Nubians. They also spoke Cushitic which is the language of Black Africans similar to the Beja Sudanese. The evidence support a Beja Sudanese origin for these people. That means - Black. Non-Asiatic Africans of the Sahara.

Classical writers meant The modern day Sudan when writing about Ethiopians. Modern Ethiopia was called Axum then Abyssinia before they renamed their country "Ethiopia" in the 20th century. Nubians came from Southern ancient Egypt, south of Thebes and ended around the 3rd cataract in the ancient city of Meroe in Sudan. The word Ethiopia derives from "sun burnt men" which was a Greek useage. As do the name "Melanie" which was Greek 4 dark skinned woman...( from melanin). Do you're research!!!

How do you know how black-lighter skinned people where back in 2200 BC. According to paintings on walls in Egypt they varied lots in Pharonic Egypt. Nubians of whom were "mostly" painted dark brown to nr black could have come from anywhere from Upper Egypt to modern day far south of Sudan. And how much Africans had been mixing with Arabs back then can only be guessed by DNA. Political games (cloaked in racism) is the main problems in website like this . ppl in 2500BC was so different from 350BC.

That is exactly what is wrong with you're whole set up. MYTHOLOGY and REALITY don't mix!!! The Hebrew bible is "hearsay" from stories past down at least over 200 yrs when written. And what colour the Semite people were back then, and what races were living where, and mixing with whom can only be guessed by mtDNA-DNA samples of populations. The bible says alot of things. How much is true, myth or mixed up history "as like Chinese whispers?" Ham the father of Africans? Who came from the Levant region? I simply was correcting the usage of the term Semitic since it is a term derived from Hebrew mythology.
Semitic = Shem
Hamitic = Ham
If you are going to use these terms correctly understand their origin.
Real Ethiopians are Cushites and not Semites. Obviously there has been a significant mixture of Sabean (Yemeni) and Oromo (Ethiopian) to produce the people known as the Amhara/Tigre people.
