  • nice timing with the meet

  • Not suprised that the BNSF Plasser that you saw, that he quickly went over the diamonds when a UP Westbound was not only a half mile away. Selfish pigs

  • Most Dash 8's look like dash 9's which makes it confusing to someone, like me, that can't usually tell the difference.

  • @Jamersonde: Dynamic brake vents, and rear radiator housing on top are different between the two. Nowadays, it's much more difficult to tell apart ES44DC and ES44AC.

  • @cchan006 All I know about the ES units is they're the newest from GE & their horns sound awesome. Thanks for the info on the Dash 8's & 9's.

  • awesome video

  • The coal train was really working those dia#monds over!

  • Que pedazo de locomotoras que son. Inmenzas.

  • I need to get there one of these days!!!!!!!!

  • and that guy in the brown shirt makes me nervous.

  • And it should. He didn't walk across the tracks, but would go right up to the edge of ballast, and move around a lot. I got fairly close when I stood near the diamonds on the third video I posted, but I was still well clear of the tracks and the ballast.

  • I know, I try to get as close as I can, but still be safe, for example, when I railfan at Roseville and Sacramento, I try to get as close as possible without going over the yellow line.

  • Awesome Vidoe!!
