Paul's one overriding danger is his Capitalist Fundamentalism. I'm with him on lots, especially when it comes to The Fed and currency, but unfettered Capitalism is the race to the bottom for lots of working people, and a threat to the environment. We repealed Glass Steagall under Clinton and we eventually got the Wall St. meltdown and holdup. He's WAY too Reagan when it comes to getting Gov't off "our" backs, which really means: off the greedy fat cats' backs. Peace.
The phrase "Give peace a chance" should ring a bell. Ron Paul is the ONLY one who is saying that and he is the only one who will give PEACE a chance. He believes in our country's defense, not a preemptive warring OFFENSE. He is the only one saying that we should try DIPLOMACY first and always before sending us, our kids, and grandkids off to war... I was at the Mesa Arts Center, where the debate was held. I got there at 11 a.m., and had to leave for work at 2, but not once did I see a Gingrich or Santorum supporter, and I only saw ONE Romney supporter.
