The tazer is used to gain compliance. She over and over again refused to listen to the officers directives. He only did what her actions made him do. Millions of innocent, taxpaying citizens have been wronged by arrogant, racist, political-hack police officers. Most cops are not interested in upholding laws, only in stroking their unwarranted god complexes, blue-collar hero vanities, and unjustifiably inflated egos. Police officers routinely torture their enemies, many of whom are not even real criminals, in ways which cannot be proven.
people like this are the reason it's so easy for cops to taze people that don't deserve it and get away with it, because they can just say that they were as irrational as this bitch. She isn't at home, she doesn't call the shots out here. Hopefully she loses and the cop sues for damages.
