What does it say about us, the ones who survived that era when many others did not? Luck? Wish I knew. I guess luck would have to mainly be the response...
What a bad ass song,, Thank You ,, ( WarEagle041 ) for the great tune,, what a singer,,, i could see other people doing this song,, ? Well thank you so much,, you put a smile on my face today, Bless You, IAM a big fan of Linda Clifford. peace and love from Calif, usa,
I saw Linda Clifford sing this song at Backstreet Atlanta in 1982... What a great show she put on, lots of fun. I think of that night everytime I hear this song!
I love this music. For me it's the good old days for me. I would stay out all night every night and dance and party all night. We would go to BoJangles and then at 2am when they closed we would go to the Danceparc and party there till 4am. That was in Sacramento if anyone else did the same.
I saw Linda in Provincetown a few years ago, met her after the show, what a nice woman!

Indeed, what can any record say thirty years after the horror began? Except perhaps, that Linda was among the spirited talents who kept up our chins?
