@TexianPride Do you guys have a Home Builders Association down there? I bet you do. I would contact them and see if they know of anyone. They might have a board you could post your info on. Good luck! It is really slow right now.

@cutlerylover They are actually a sub-contractor and yes they will get a 1099. :) I do not hire anyone unless they provide legitimate paper work so that I can send them a 1099. I also check their workers comp too because if they don't have it I have to when I get audited each year.
