Jason seems smart, how did he get suckered into $cientology? Just the e-meters alone are so stupid, how can an intelligent person be so stupid to join $cientology? Even if you thought somehow that the e-meter was legit, once they start asking for 1000's of dollars it should be apparent its a scam.

@dannybex That's simply not true. The only connection between intelligence and cult membership is a slightly greater tendency for people of above-average or high intelligence to end up in a cult. The fact is, anyone in the wrong place at the right time can be manipulated into joining a cult.
While intelligence isn't that related to cult membership (and, as I mentioned, the connection favors the likelihood of brighter people being more susceptible), idealism and a desire to make a difference in the world ARE. Clearly, this (JB) is someone on a spiritual quest who was subject to powerful persuasion techniques.

Remeber, Beghe is an actor...those people are treated really well in Scientology, and they can get away with behavior the average member can't.
If you are a scientologist, and you leave the religion, any family or friends you have that are scientologists are not allowed to see, hear from, or talk to you again. They sever the ties.
I think it's such a shame that so many good people are abused by Scientology. Like he says here they're willing to help others before themselves, yet they're being abused and taken advantage of BECAUSE they're so kind and generous. It's a pity so many people became involved and are in too deep to do anything about it.
All Anons should watch this video and learn that when Scientologists get angry with Anons at the protests it's not because they're fighting for a corrupt organization. They don't even think they're IN a corrupt organization, they're just responding to what they see as a threat to something that's good and honest. They think Anons are the bad guys, and it's the responsibility of Anons at these events to not reinforce that opinion.

Thanks for posting this highlight video. It's hard to get friends interested by asking them to watch 2 hours. This video has enough stuff in it to help introduce friends to how bad scientology really is. It isn't just a kooky religion. It is really a scary web of lies and punishment pretending to be a religion for tax exempt status.
A second cool set of highlights could have all the stuff he riffed on about Sci-Celebs. But still, this was great, great, great.
This is a huge WIN. But I hope, somehow, some way, the millions of people who SHOULD see this actually do. That would be a WIN almost beyond calculation. And, even more than that, the right thing for everyone.
