Hey, that's really good. Well paced to draw me in. Heh... I said "draw me in..." But seriously, an atmospheric, warm-hearted, engaging vid. I like the friendly spirit of it a lot. um i am not completely sure i think about 2000 pictures no less than 1700. and the frames per second differ from part to part. i think around 8 frames per second which is really low for animations my next one i aim to have more

I set up a tripod with my camera on it looking down on my whiteboard. Then i set up each frame and took a digital picture of it. You know i drew they guy and put my hand where i wanted it. then i moved my hand and re-drew they guy a little differently and took another picture and i did this like 2000 times then put all the pictures into iMovie and there you go.

i put all the pictures into imovie. you can easily adjust the frame length when you import them.
