رشته های غیر فنی و غیر حساس رو چطور تعریف می کنید؟ توی سایتی که اعلام کردید هم تعریف مشخصی از این رشته ها ارائه نشده. اکثر دانشجوهای ایرانی در امریکا مشغول تحصیل در رشته های فنی-مهندسی هستند؛ با این اوصاف مقررات جدید چه کمکی به اونها می کنه؟
