This is the exact type of craft the gridkeeper/JLW filmed, take a look at his channel. Its got a hole in the middle and a notch out the side. It is also the same craft in the 'nasa tether incedent'. It is said to be 2-3 miles across. There is quite a few on UT showing this exact thing.
