Sephardic tefillin are small. I have a picture of Chacham Ovadia Yosef, shlita, where he is wearing tefillin that are the same size as the ones in this video.

Im Sefardi (Bukharian), and my Tefillin is not small like that. BUT I did hear that if Tefillin is very big like the Chabad ones then they are also a problem.

Many of the Teimani tefillin were also small. I believe that the Gevil Institute also makes theirs small.

The title of this video is misleading. While it's quite a good video, it is NOT a debate. It is a monologue by R. Bar Chaim, including some pre-recorded clips of R. Aviner for R. Bar Chaim to criticise.

Without the opportunity of R. Aviner to respond to R. Bar Chaim's criticisms, it is most certainly NOT a debate.
