There is no way I'd donate my sperm /body parts to any government douche bag who could use my genes for some screwed up project. Who know what they do with all those samples. They could be working on biological weapons for all we know. An agent programed to kill certain portions of the population. All they need is the genetic materiel of a group of people to kill off whoever they want.
