That video was fucking awesome! I worked for Hamamatsu nova in shizuoka pref. I squeaked out o.k. spending 11 months working in japan, but the whole thing was a real bummer, I love the whole t-shirt thing- great! I am now back in the U.S...Japan was a good time though...

Great film, you can't have been that destitute if you afford a bunny suit etc...but I guess I'm just chuffed that I left NOVA a few months before the collapse. I didn't feel exploited, I worked 3 and 2 half days a week, had plenty of beer money and an izakaya next door, happy days for me!! Plus I did't get any negative vibes from any of my many Japanese friends and people I met.

Nova did employ some 'instructors' without great credentials. I agree. I worked for them for 9 months about 5 yrs ago. I have 10 yrs teaching experience, well qualified now in the UK. However- NOVA weren't too great either. NOVACATION. Everyone gets ill from time to time but there was no sick pay. Funny, funny though was the minger westerners who pulled the best looking japanese women because they looked like brad pitt. not. charisma man!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!­!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
