well i know that since goku died from the cell games and from raditz he turned out to be like 10 years younger than vegeta but also he went into the time chamber and same with vegeta so goku should have been 45 or around there and vegeta would have been 50 because gohan i think was 2 at the beginning and 22 at the end
gohan said he was 4 and a half on the first episode, 11 by the time he fought cell(i think) and around 18 by buu, not sure how many years were between kid buus death and the tournament with uub, but bulma hints is at least past 5 years, so 23 at the least by the end
