  • @5311448 My best advice is work on it, play mind games, such as sudoku, crossword puzzles and etc. This also helps your brain in ways, try different bends with your food, such as ketchup on ice cream or salmon on avocados. Sound gross huh? But it helps ya brain :-)

  • @tyeshabx2810 best to avoid tuna and switch to cold water fish, ie salmon and cod. Tuna is a long living fish high in mercury content

  • So is that why Asians are so smart because of all the fish, fruit, and veggies they eat? I'm Asian and I'm not trying to be funny or stir anything up. It just kinda popped into my head when I saw all the food that most Asians typically eat thats all. =) Well, other than the chocolate. Good video.

My research into the top foods for brain had some surprises - 1. fish should be 'wild' salmon ...2. non-alkalized cocoa powder from high quality source or dark chocolate 75% high in cocoa,low sugar ...3. Matcha stone-ground Japanese green tea ...4. Acai berries & blueberries ...5. coffee beans - pure Espresso coffee Still learning.

  • stay away from gmo farmed salmon (mutant fish) Because of genetically modified salmon, there may not be any salmon in the future

  • @ James...yes but you also need the right kinds of food that benefit the brain and promote sleep.

  • In addition, in order to maintain a healthy brain, you should get enough sleep for 7 to 8 hours
