Obama is inspiring! It is interesting that the media didn't seem to get the critique of the Republican Contract On America that was officially broken with this election. In January they get a chance to see what they have won-a mess in mesopotamia-increadible debts to the Saudi's & the Chinese, a nuclear N. Korea with Iran arming, a shrinking middle class w/ masses squashed in poverty, the constitution shreaded & a president that still thinks he is king. Tough going.
barack is a good speaker and communicator but ask ur self does he really take a stand on anything,what's his plan for america and by the way i am african american.
I covered him a week ago & he did lay out some potential programs but was very cautious & pragmatic in the solutions part. A great talent, full of hope and understanding, but I am unsure whether he is a centrist compromiser or a populous willing to make a stand for needed sweeping social change.
I really hope that the real black community is paying attention to this guy. jesse jackson and al sharpton are tired and unintresting. barack obama is a man that I think can make a change, a real change for the good for the black community.
