The Indefinte Detention Bill was sprung from Republican ideology. The POTUS did make changes to the bill to soften it in favor of American civilian rights. Keep in mind our war here John McCain secretly drafted this bill along with Carl Levin, and Lindsey Graham also had a significant role in getting this bill to congress. Our POTUS did the best he could do, if he would had vetoed it, congress would have overridden it. Lets be fair and honest here. Obama/Biden 2012 America's Best Choice!
