The first time I went to Morning Star Ministries I was sitting there and thought, wait... Isn't Lucifer the Morning Star??? So I looked it up and relized that no, he is not the morning star, he is called that because he does come as an angle of light, but JHVH "IS' the Morning Star. Rev. of John. I know people who have been so hurt by leadership there as to leave the faith all together. I have been blessed everytime I've gone however... If you feel there are problems there, please pray for them.

I know people who have had problems there with this or that, but that sounds like any other Church I've seen.... If there are peope there, (even leaders) there are problems.

I don't really know why, but what you should know is that the Latin language predates the bible. So the latin word "Lucifer" meant Morning Star before the bible was ever written. I have no idea why anyone would decide to associate that name with Jesus. I don't really know why, but what you should know is that the Latin language predates the bible. So the latin word "Lucifer" meant Morning Star before the bible was ever written. I have no idea why anyone would decide to associate that name with Jesus. Don't take my word for it though, you can confirm this by either looking it up on wikipedia or you can look up the word on the Merriam-Webster dictionary (which is highly reputable). you'll see I'm not making this stuff up.

Man think about it. God Almighty himself chose the Jewish people to live in his favour and covenant blessing. They were blessed when they walked obediently, cursed when they acted independently. The main thing is that the Jews were never free of sin despite their special covenant with God. By the way, Satan is name in Isaiah 14:12 as "Helel ben Shachar". The root word of helely is the verb halal which means to shine, flash forth light, or praise, but it also means to boast, to make into a fool, or to act like a madman. Which is a very fitting description of Satan.

Yahweh created everything in a Free Will Universe. He created Satan, improperly called the MorningStar, also. Satan used his free will to oppose Yahweh. He shall get his just reward for that. In the bible, it says, Hear, O Israel, Yahweh, your Elohim, is One. You are to love Yahweh, your Elohim, will all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your strength, This is the first and greatest commandment.

lucifer means "bright morning star"...lucifer is not evil, the one who use to bear the name became evil that's why YAHWEH change his name to "Satan".
lucifer is a positive name.

@hectorsifuentes I agree with the beginning statement but having been delivered of Mormonism I will tell you exactly what the devil gains by masquerading as an angel of light. Religious Spirits of Witchcraft that disable people from fulfilling the Perfect will of Christ in the lives. They become one minded and unable to accurately discern the Spirit of the Living God. @TheFatherofLove It brings me joy to hear that you have been delivered from a religious organization that you felt was not in concord with Gods Holy spirit. Religious Spirits of witchcraft only have power over us when we our self stray from Gods word and will, if we are truly born of God and receive his Spirit and have a daily relationship with him we will be able to discern these spirits. @lampchin57 I hear ya people ignorantly worship YAH by calling him GOD he has a name and he gave that name to moses for a reason so it would be known he gave his name to many for a reason. there are many GOD's but there is only one that is the TRUE and LIVING and MERCIFUL god. So when you say GOD who knows who you are praying to. It could be Satan some say hes a god because of his powers. and you cant ignore that fact that YAH's son died on the cross his name is YAHSHUA not JESUS

Morning Star rising in hearts of Yahwehs people: a direct reference to Numbers 24:172 Describes coming of Christ. Greek word for it in 2nd Peter 1:19 is Eosphoros. This is the SAME word used by scribes of the Septuagint to translate heilel in Isaiah 14:12 and is the name of the planet Venus in Greek. If "Lucifer" is a true rendering in Isaiah 14:12, then it is CORRECT! 2nd Peter 1:19 too, (just as Jerome translates it). So, we have the first place where scripture names Yeshua Lucifer.
