Unless the officers have "probable cause" they have to have a warrant to enter, and no, I see no Prob cause. Her son didn't live in her home. Why was there "obviously" a search warrant? Never has a cop as to search you r car at a traffic stop? I have several relatives in law enforcement. I know very well how cops are supposed to work and how many actually work. The Constitution applies in ALL cases.

Unless the officers have "probable cause" they have to have a warrant to enter, and no, I see no Prob cause. The women is big, her hand probable followed the sound and did hit him, but being blind and having been robbed before by someone saying they were cops was reason enough to protect herself. It was a mistake on all parties, but this tasing needs to have a rule of use. They are to help stop shooting people, so they should only be used in a situation were a gun would otherwise be used..

No reason, no warrant, just I looked "suspicious" carrying a brief case. And it only got worse when they saw my I.D. and discovered I was in deed American. Especially in Paris.
