MA state Law 89-4B, prohibits slow vehicles on left lane. These people need to understand that they are breaking the law and they are not the "LAW abiding citizens"

So imagine how frustrating is when you are in a semi truck and you are stuck behind someone like this for long time. I go thru this everyday all the time, i swear if you crash and die i wont even stop for you i wont even dial 9/11 I have no regard for people like that . Sorry.

I've driven in Kansas City for four years now and have noticed two types of leftlane bandits.

1. White Knuckled Drivers

2. Daydreaming Drivers

I've also noticed that what seems as heavy traffic IS NOT after one passes a team of left lane bandits.

Kansas City highways consist of clumps of drivers behind teams of left lane bandits.

It's not anyone's job but the police to regulate the speed of the left lane--even if they are going 20-30mph over the limit. Refusing to let others pass is just another form of road rage.

I used to get mad. Now I call the police and report a car impeding traffic (or in this case, a careless driver as well). Sure, it takes 15 minutes out of my day because I have to pull over and give a testimony. I was also requested to appear witness for a case that resulted in a 1 year suspension (zing!) but it is SOOO worth it. My favorite is when this old fuck YELLED at the cop, saying how he hadn't been pulled over in 30 years. That was better than losing my virginity.

man, i know how you feel, im riding the pike everyday and this is one of these things i have to deal with, but i swear after i become a state trooper im going to be pulling so many people over, this person is clearly distracted, maybe a cellphone? best to just pass them... when they cause an accident you don't need to be the one injured or killed because of there hazardous driving. Drive safely ;)

Passing on the right is never safe if the vehicle in front of you is larger. As you can see in 0:57, you can't tell if there is enough room on the right to pass. There could be a small car ahead-to-the right of the mini van. And if you let the minivan get ahead so that you can see if there's room on the right to pass,now you need more room to pass. Bottom line, the larger your vehicle the more considerate you need to be. I give semis a break though.

You get these folk everywhere. Here in the UK undertaking is illegal and people just mindlessly hog the middle lane. I used to get really pissed off, but I've realised some people find motorway driving scary as hell, others are alcoholics or on medication, and they all go on the road!! If you tailgate them you'll just cause a phantom jam when you inevitably slam the anchors on, and you might even crash into them, so unfortunately you just have to take it and try to chill out.

As a young, aggressive man I used to tailgate these people. Usually the only result was a screen full of washer fluid, the more belligerent ones would apply a brake test, and on a couple of occasions I was, through a series of obscene hand gestures, invited to partake in fisticuffs at the nearest service station!

Rarely did I achieve the desired end point.

As age overtook me I accepted the driving foibles of others, stopped believing that my own driving was faultless, and chilled out...

Two undercover Policemen in two different cars pulled me over for Highbeaming on the left lane for miles.

Since in Fla isn't a law and I can cause the LLH to panic and crash. they were going somewhere else so the let me go with this verbal warning "Calm down", they won't move, it's just the way it is.

Had a job which involved alot of driving, one time, frustrated after courtesy horn blip, wait, then quick light flash, wait , then longer horn, longer flash, etc etc etc etc 10 minutes later i just sat on horn with high beams. Nothing, i eventually passed and they looked at me like i was crazy. Well i was mad, but they stayed there as cars banked up behind them. I wouldnt do it again, you cant win with some, just avoid like the plague.
