Believe what you want, but whilst studying Islam, I can across something interesting that relates to what they talk about in and around minutes 5. Religion is spirituality, except the main difference is religion associates spirituality with dogmas, ideologies, idols, materials and distinguishable Gods. True spirituality is within. That doesn't mean you have to stop believing in a God. One should not fear God or consider themselves as a sinner or incomplete. Religion holds you back.
