just so everyone knows if you get this surgey make sure yur doc cuts the extra skin mines didnt and i lost 40 pounds after and im hella skinny but now i have mad extra skin so i feel like im at point A again

I had this problem before, but working out will not reduce this. You need surgery. But becareful of who you find. I found a doctor in Dallas Texas who did left big scar under my nipple area. It is like 4 inches now, it is embarrasing to take off my shirt. Got the breast removed but scar.... so sad. Sometimes I get so depressed because of this. I hope you guys find a good doctor who realy knows what they are doign. I hope I can find a doctor who can help me too.

I honestly love the internet...The anonymity and sphere of attention it gives you brings problems that we are ashamed to talk bout in life to light.

If I were to never search Gynecomastia out on google, I would've wasted the remainder of my life in the gym trying to correct something that is, as I just learned, virtually completely out of my hand.

But thanks to you all, now I know there's a solution.

I am 99% sure I have this, Went on a fitness marathon, lost loads of weight, became really skinny and still had the fat on the chest.

Can anyone reccomend a good place in Australia, pref near Sydney/Canberra where I can get this done?

yea, i have very little fat around my body. I work out 3-4 times a week and pretty much ripped everywhere else. My nipple are just puffy and stick out. I will check out the site. Thx

if u have like sagging fatty breasts (like real saggy) you probably need surgery to correct it but if you're not obese and its just a little bit of fat id say try to lose some more weight and see if it tightens up

i think i hav this condition but am not too sure. How do u know if u have it. My nipple tends to stick out alittle but isn't this just fat? i don't have much fat anywhere else on my body
