I wish cancer never existed. I lost my father to cancer when I was three. The only memory I have is of him picking me up from preschool, giving me a lollipop, and me riding on his back as he walked me home. I hope that cancer will be cured one day. R.I.P. Mason.

It is hard to lose a child but I lost my aunt who battled panceatic cancer & battled it for 12 weeks till Septmeber of 2003 when I was only age10.

You are right - a cure must be found! What an amazing boy your son was - brave, courageous, and handsome on top if it all! What an amazing family you are and what a terrific big brother Mason had, to donate his bone marrow, which is not an easy procedure, I know. As a parent myself, I cannot imagine the pain of losing a child. I simply don't have the words to speak my sympathy for your sorrow. My husband is almost 5 years cancer-free, so I can at least speak from my heart to yours. Peace.

I was diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago and fought it and won..BUT.. just 1 week ago i was told that it had come back and there was no way that i could fight it again and that i have only 3-4 months to live. I wish i didnt hav to do this to my family but life is going to giv u struggles but for me i hav a hard 1 just like mason..i love u mom and dad and brothers and sisters..i will be watching over u..<3

my mother was diagnosed with cancer and she was told by a doctor that she had 6 months to live, but that was five years ago and she is now cancer free. so, dont dought yourself yet hun, it will all be okay.

I won a cheque for £1000 at my school and I donated it to cancer research because I lost my papa to cancer and it needs to be cured. I can't possibly imagine your pain, losing a grandparent is bad but losing a child must be a hundred times worse :'(

i went to see her yesterday and it was the Hardest thing i have ever done in my life.

im sorry this happen . its not soemthing should have 2 go through. im 16 and i started my high school life off rough and doing stupid things and then this little boy named caleb came n to my life he had a dipg brain tumor he wasa everything to me but he lost his battle almost 2 years ago and since he has been n my life it shows 2 me to reach out to thoes who need it . be greatful for the time people have n life and enjoy every moment . stay strong.
