As long as you buy the game, you have no problems modding it. You know the word: "if you buy it, you can do whatever you want with it."

That is why console roms are legal if you have the game.

Umm, you're the tard. It is legal to have a rom if you own the game, but the console must be out of production. Having it as back up doesn't mean anything, you could have it as backup from the internet without actually owning the game, or have it as backup from your own game.

I'm pretty sure thats and S1 mod so I don't see anything legally wrong with it this on youtube. I personally don't think it should be posted but as far as I know, it's a private project on an old version, so I don't think it's against any of LFS's copyright laws. Don't quote me, thats a complete guess on my part.
