Dont wanna sound like a smart ass, but you should never go all the way up, as it locks out the joints in your elbows. You shouldn't touch your chest either, as he is clearly getting some bounce off his chest helping it up.

He did a great job last year, & he is a lock for the strong safety spot. He hits hard, plays strong at the line, stops the run, gets sacks, & gets ints. What more do you want from the man?

from what i've seen he can easily tackle solo and thats significantly more than kevin payne can accomplish, either stong or free this kid has the potential key word potential to be physical like mike brown in his prime and can make quick clean adjustments while in pursuit, Free would be best because he's a hunter out there and will make slot receivers think twice about anything over the middle!
