There will indeed be guest stars. In Episode 4 Green Goblin comes on the show as a guest star.

Jigsaw and other characters will also be on the show at some point.

where is this all filmed?

We film our stuff all around the University of Illinois campus. We're all students there. The intro was shot around the main quad. The stage where you see the curtains was filmed in a lecture hall. We filmed Joker's talking sections in a dorm lounge.

When I was a junior in high school I never imagined I'd be making the videos that we currently do. As long as you get a hold of a camera and an editing program and stick to what you truly want to create then you'll have some pretty kick-ass pieces on your hands!
