@theguylikesmovies Thats a good question! I have no answer for it, but that is a good question. lol The Edge does not belong in this documentary, and it would have been a lot better without him. Thanks for the comment!
Thanks for the shout-out Mike. I actually just put up the shout-out video today. Hope you like. That sounds like a great documentary. I'm gonna watch it later. Take it easy buddy
Completely agree with you onThe Edge kinda being the odd man out.The jam session was a bit akward for him.Jimmy Page, and Jack White are absolutely amazing, and are so versatile.I would have loved to see Steve Vai join the group, some of the stuff he can do with a 7 string blows my mind. Thanks for the video!
@munky2ube Thank you! I thought about Steve Vai, and Joe Satriani. Then I thought they might have caused a different problem by being too good. When it comes to guitar playing those two guys are from a different planet than the rest of us!
@Heavymetalrille Thanks for the great comment! I know that you are a guitar player, so I highly recomend that you check out this movie! Even though it's more of a classic rock/blues thing it is a very cool, and interesting documentary!
Sounds like a great flick. I have a love/hate relationship with my epiphone guitar lol. I can definitely see "the edge" not fitting with the other two. Seems like he'd be a tool, but that's just me. I do have a love of guitar so I will probably check this out someday.
@FillingtheVoidRevues Thanks dude! My main guitar is a Epiphone SG Custom (Prophecy series) with active EMG pick ups. It is the best Epiphone that I have ever played, but you gotta watch out they make some shit guitars too!
i just read an article recently (i think it was at cnn.com) where The Edge said he doesn't jam and he explained why...he explained this because he probably knows what people have been saying about his jamming contribution in that documentary.
@hplgrp Yeah the poor guy was lost. I really kinda felt sorry for him. He seems like a nice guy, but he is a studio guitar player not a free form jammer. Thanks for the comment!
why didntt they replace edge with eric clapton??? or mark knopler??
