k, the jack ass needs to take it out of auto , in that small of a loading area 1st gear, and get that damn truck driver where you want him and loading will be faster, when you go into the pile in 1st to avoid the wheel spin you drive into the pile and lift up to put pressure on the front axle and tip a little forward, then start working it back... but not a bad start for an operator...
