Damon Powell can't get his head aboce the rim. That is comical, you must write your own shit. I live in Oakland so I can see Powell anytime I want to. I don't say shit for shock value. I have seen this dude with his head,neck, chest at the rim, live and in person. I dont know who decided to put these dunks of his on youtube because they pale in comparison to what I have SEEN him do when there were no cameras around in games.
