I was in Greensboro a few years ago and passed a large mural that was on the outside of an old looking building. It was a mural of people sitting at a diner and I told my dad "Wow, what a beautiful painting....the artist must have had a strong inspiration for it." To this..my dad replied with the story of the sit-ins and walked us to a black history museum that wasn't too far away. I wanted to go in but it was closed.

I hope to someday go back there and see the mural again and go to the museum.
