nice video, have you ever changed anything inside a BMW 750 from like 07, those headlights are a pain on the balls to take apart, they compress everithing so tight is really hard to pry open :(

I get them from a local junk yard, or ebay.

around 4-12 hours

lol doesn't really matter anymore, i just ended up bolting them straight to the reflector after measuring and checking it 30 times to make sure it was in straight. thanks anyways! your videos helped out my retrofit alot!

How do I retrofit my Matrix with a transmission from a Neon? You know, one that doesn't fail.  (5 speed manual) Toyota's suck. First and last one for me!

WHat did you use to put the plastic cover back on the lights? The same adhesive you used to mount the projectors?

No, I heated the original sealant, and use it to put the headlights lens back on.
